Nicholas Mitsakos, Chairman
Has acquired, or been an investor in, over 40 companies in the US, Asia and Europe. He served as either a director or advisor to each company, working closely with management, the board of directors and investors. Mr. Mitsakos is the Chairman and CEO of Arcadia Holdings, Inc., focusing on private equity investments globally. Arcadia’s financial partners include Trust Company of the West, a $150 billion investment company, and Canyon Partners, a $20 billion hedge fund. He is also a senior advisor to Sardis Capital, a London-based merchant bank; and Franklin Templeton China, in Shanghai.

As CEO of Hawaii Biotech, led efforts that raised more than $25 million in equity financing and $30 million in grant funding. Started and led a West Nile virus vaccine program at Hawaii Biotech that achieved success in a human proof of concept study.
